Banner Art Contest 2025
An art contest to make a banner background for the website so we can fill up some of the empty spaces in it. Yay! :D
Before you get started here's some stuff you should know before making your own background and submitting it:
TemplateIt's recommended to draw in this premade template so you know what areas you should and shouldn't draw in when making it. The template will be updated at anytime just incase if there's errors or anything werid with itPrize?Well, what do you think?If we're talking about participation prizes, I guess some of the art from here can go to the Gallery. Rules, Obviously1. Obviously no NSFW/sexual stuff, things that make people uncomfortable, or things that go way past the sites age rating.2. If your resizing the canvas, make sure it's similar to the original canvas size (1082x125) when it needs to be rescaled back to it. 3. Make sure the banner you're making fits with the theme of the website and people feel about it. For example, This website's theme is retro, red, and nostalgic so you might wanna draw a cool doom themed background and add characters like Doomguy onto the background. Where and How to Submit it?Just like 2023's WAD Contest, you'll submit your stuff via Google Forms.Don't worry though, there's no email required doing it! Just your name and neocities site for credit though incase if it goes to the gallery or on the website's credits page that's listed in the footer. Submissions end on October 18th! If no submissions are submitted by then I'll increase the deadline or just make the banner background by myself :( |
